These one time 75 minute sessions are the fertilizer that helps you bloom in relationship to your sexuality + relationship goals! You've found yourself emerging after winter with a specific transformation or growth looking to emerge in your life-- congratulations! This is so exciting and can be incredibly overwhelming.
This session will take the many questions and overwhelm and replace them with strategy, education, and a plan rooted in your authentic self. Because no one unfurls into their biggest blooms alone. Whether your goal is weeding out sexual shame and replacing it with sex-positivity, navigating a budding sexual or gender identity, or getting real about navigating different desires and kinks with partners, this session is yours to unfurl with support.

Pre-session intake form to set the scene and share your goal (this helps your coach-- that's me, hi!-- structure our session to maximize our time together)
One 75-minute virtual coaching session on this, our HIPAA-protected platform
A follow up email within 72 business hours filled with curated resources, worksheets/activities, and journal prompts to support you in your growth well out of spring and into your hot pal summer.
Cost is $200, with payment plans available. When you reserve your spot, you will receive a link to book and select your payment structure through our HIPAA-protected platform, Practice Better.
