Workshops + Trainings
Throughout the year, The Dress Rehearsal offers workshops and trainings to the community and professionals alike to support you on your journey to a thriving, shame-free, and confident sex life.
Maybe you never got sex ed. Maybe the sex ed you got was shame-based and fact-free. Maybe it’s been a while and you are a life-long learner! Whatever the case, I’ve got you.
Next Up…
First thing's first: you are a phenomenal therapist. Whether you see individuals, couples, polycules, or families, you excel at building a therapeutic context where folks can practice conflict in healthy ways, explore deep healing work, and grow authentically and sustainably.
The only tricky thing? That one semester in grad school on sex, gender, + sexuality didn't exactly leave you confident in navigating sex-focused conversations when they enter the room. To be fair, one course on sex, gender, + sexuality is not nearly enough to cover the expansive ways these things show up in your clients' experiences. Plus, most of us didn't get stellar sex education ourselves! You don't want to be a sex therapist, per se, but you do want to feel confident in the knowledge, resources, and skills required to engage in these conversations with clients, as they arise.
This training offers just that!

Let’s Collaborate!
Want to bring The Dress Rehearsal to your group?
We will work together to create a custom workshop or professional training that will create lasting impact. Whether it is supporting your staff in topics of sexuality and positive youth development or offering actionable education to parents and caregivers preparing to talk to their young people about sex for the first time— you can trust that a Dress Rehearsal workshop or training will take you beyond lecture and rote fact-sharing. We will center curiosity, self-compassion, and concrete skill-building so you’ll leave feeling confident and competent in implementing your learning!
